PARALEGAL

A bit about us: We are a busy boutique law firm in Boca Raton that specializes predominantly in Asset Protection, business/corporation law, as well as estate planning.

We are currently seeking a motivated Paralegal who wants to be part of a dynamic, purpose-driven team dedicated to helping clients protect their prosperity. You’ll play a key role in supporting our attorneys, our clients, and our shared mission to deliver an exceptional experience every step of the way.

For this role on our team, you will be expected to:

• Build strong, professional relationships with attorneys and clients, ensuring a smooth and supportive client experience.

• Support attorneys in developing and implementing customized Asset Protection strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Conduct and organize legal research to help design, draft, and deliver precise legal structures and plans.

• Handle operational and administrative tasks to help the team stay aligned, efficient, and focused on delivering value.

• Manage client data, documents, and case progress digitally (spreadsheets, software platforms, etc.) to maintain clear visibility and accountability.

Compensation: $21 per hour – depending on experience; growth is always a possibility.
