Duties
- Assist with general cleaning and sanitation of winery facilities, including tanks, equipment, and work areas to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
- Support food handling activities related to wine tastings, events, or onsite hospitality services, ensuring proper food preparation and presentation.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing serving areas during winery events or tastings to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning procedures, and equipment use to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with bussing, food preparation, or catering operations will be advantageous.
- Experience working in banquet settings or hotel food service contributes valuable skills for this role.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures within commercial kitchens or winery facilities is preferred.
