What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with state scope of practice
- Administer and oversee medications and treatments
- Monitor resident health status and respond to changes in condition
- Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and care partners
- Supervise and support caregivers, CNAs, and Med Techs as assigned
- Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record
- Support care planning, service plans, and regulatory compliance
- Follow infection control, safety, and clinical policies
What We’re Looking For
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to lead with professionalism and integrity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
