The Preserve is the most amenity rich outdoor sporting experience in America. located in beautiful Richmond, RI on 3,500 beautiful acres. We are host to a wide variety of outdoor sports, high-end steakhouse restaurant, a luxury spa, and a variety of accommodations.
The Front Desk Agent/Reservationist will be part of a team of seasoned professionals with a wide range of customer service, administrative, and guest support skills. This person must be well organized, able to multi-task and think on their feet, and exhibit grace under pressure to operations at a five-star resort level.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and on the phone
- Proactively greet guests warmly, providing a pleasant & comfortable environment
- Complete guest registration and check-outs in a professional and friendly manner
- Work with multiple departments to resolve customer needs and provide outstanding personalized guest service
- Utilize Maestro computer systems efficiently and accurately
- Learn and demonstrate our "Five Star Service Standards for our guests
Keys to your success:
- Prior luxury hotel or equivalent guest service experience preferred
- Must be available nights and weekends (required)
- Exhibit strong attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter who will work proactively to anticipate needs
- Enjoy serving in a guest service role
- Enjoy being part of a team in a dynamic environment
