Crouthers Academy is looking for a nurturing, dependable Twos Co-Lead Teacher to join our close-knit team in Eureka. This is more than just a classroom role, we’re looking for someone who truly enjoys guiding young children through some of their most important developmental milestones.

Position Overview
As a Twos Co-Lead Teacher, you will work alongside another teacher to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for toddlers.
Classroom Ratio: 1:8
Responsibilities
- Support and co-lead a structured Twos classroom
- Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Guide children through daily routines and transitions
- Encourage social-emotional development and early learning skills
- Communicate with families and build strong relationships
- Collaborate with your co-teacher and leadership team
Qualifications
- Experience working in early childhood education (preferred)
- Education in ECE or a related field (a plus)
- Dependable, team-oriented, and positive
- Genuine passion for working with young children
- Looking for a long-term role
- Thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $16.50 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
