About This Role
The Preschool of the Arts is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team! This position would be perfect for someone looking for fulfilling work a few hours a day. Students are welcome to apply. We are looking for someone willing to work with any age, but primarily toddlers and preschoolers.
Our part time afternoon teacher must be able to work 2:30-5:45, 4 or 5 days a week. Additional hours may be available upon request. If you have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing environment for their growth and development, we would love to hear from you!

What You'll Do
- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Provide support in diapering and/or potty training
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for toddlers
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being and development of each child
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with children, parents, and colleagues
- Communicate professionally with parents
- Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met
- Maintain personal professional development plan
- Clean and sanitize classroom as needed
