This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher at a preschool program located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Teacher will plan and implement engaging lessons and activities that support the development of young children in accordance with faith-based values and educational standards. Responsibilities include managing daily routines, promoting positive social and emotional growth, maintaining classroom organization, and fostering a safe, welcoming learning environment. The Teacher will also collaborate with families and team members to support each child's individual needs.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management
- Experience with child development, early childhood education, and creating age-appropriate activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- Relevant experience or training in faith-based education is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
