We are a ministry and candidate must be a member and active in a local Bible-believing church.
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides crucial administrative and operational support to the President and Executive Director of The Pregnancy Resource Center. This position also includes responsibility for managing social media platforms, supporting front desk operations as needed, and performing various errands and tasks that support the smooth and mission-driven operation of the center.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Provide direct administrative support to the President and Executive Director, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, managing calendars, and assisting with correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
Office and Administrative Duties
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist with mailings, data entry, and general office support.
- Support coordination of special events, staff meetings, and volunteer activities.
Social Media and Communication
- Develop, schedule, and post regular content across all approved social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.) in line with the center’s mission and branding.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and coordinate with leadership on social media campaigns.
- Assist with creating and editing promotional materials, flyers, and newsletters as needed.
Errands and External Support
- Run local errands as needed, including picking up supplies, delivering materials, or other tasks that support the Center’s operations.
- Represent the Center professionally in the community at all times.
Front Desk and Client Support
- Provide backup support to the front desk team during staff shortages or busy periods.
- Answer phones, greet clients and guests, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
- Assist with client intake processes when needed, respecting the Center’s confidentiality and care standards.
Other Duties
- Assist with and attend fundraising events as needed.
- Perform additional tasks and special projects as requested by leadership.
- Assist in fostering a Christ-centered, compassionate environment in alignment with the Center’s mission and values.
- Participate in corporate prayer and devotion daily.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven administrative or office assistant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with a heart for ministry and serving others.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Must be a mature Christian as evidenced by personal growth and life choices by being committed and an active member of a local Bible believing church
- Demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
- Practices an active prayer life, interceding with God and trusting Him for whatever fruit our ministry produces.
- Demonstrates a knowledge of, and an ability to, share the gospel with others comfortably.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a faith-based or nonprofit environment.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools for social media content.
Work Environment:
- This position operates in a professional office environment and occasionally requires local travel for errands.
- Some evening or weekend hours may be required for special events or meetings.
Hours:
- Monday through Thursday and every third Saturday of the month, 9am to 5pm.
Salary Range:
- Starting annual salary of $33,000 or higher, commensurate with experience.
