Duties
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for our business.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across various platforms.
- Collaborate with our team to create targeted marketing materials for specific properties.
- Monitor and report on the performance of our marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and contribute to our marketing team's knowledge and expertise.
- Make phone calls, visit rental properties, meet with tenants, meet with landlords, and do inspections.
- Maintain rent roll.
- Pick up and put out signs/lockboxes at listing/rental properties.
- Cover front desk/door if needed.

- Experience in marketing or property management.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in an office environment and interact with colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
