SCHEDULE: Minimum of 30 guaranteed hours per week, with the potential to grow into full-time 40 hours.
3-4 days per week (8 hours per day).
COMPENSATION: $40-$45 per hour

Description: We are currently seeking a Household Manager / Housekeeper for a private home located in Irwin, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly reliable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining a well-run, organized household. The family is looking for someone who can take true ownership of the home and become a long-term, trusted part of their daily routine.
About the Role:
- Minimum of 30 hours per week with the potential to grow into a full-time (40 hours/week) position
- Typically structured across 3–4 weekdays (approximately 8 hours per day)
- Start time around 7:30 AM
- Occasional evening availability to assist with children is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a consistently clean, organized, and well-kept home
- Laundry including washing, folding, and putting away
- Proactively identifying and managing household needs without direction
- Coordinating and scheduling home services such as repairs, maintenance, and deliveries
- Managing household supplies and restocking as needed
- Organizing kitchen spaces and putting away grocery deliveries
- Running occasional errands such as returns and quick shopping
- Light meal prep including 1–2 simple meals per week and basic food prep
- Coordinating dog care and grooming appointments
- Providing occasional support with two elementary-aged children, including evening assistance when needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in household management or high-level housekeeping
- Extremely trustworthy, proactive, and highly organized
- Able to take initiative and work independently without micromanagement
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a home
- Comfortable working in a home with children and a dog
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
