Daytime Bartender / Server
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Experience: Minimum 1–2 years bartending and/or serving experience
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced, outgoing and motivated Daytime Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who provides excellent service, enjoys building relationships with customers and wants to help grow our weekday lunch and daytime business.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent bar and table service during lunch and daytime hours.
- Prepare and serve beer, wine and cocktails.
- Take food orders and work closely with the culinary team.
- Open and prepare the bar for daily service, including setting the cash drawer.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked bar.
- Promote daily specials, events and featured products.
- Build relationships with regulars and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take initiative to help bring in new business and increase daytime traffic.
- Follow proper cash-handling, POS and opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years bartending and/or serving experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable and available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Outgoing, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable bartending and providing table service.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their shift, connects with customers and wants to help make our daytime business successful.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
