Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Group Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a multidisciplinary approach with knowledge of addiction and co-occuring disorders . If you are passionate about helping individuals in a group setting and possess strong counseling skills, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct group therapy sessions following established protocols
- Utilize therapeutic modalities to engage participants
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and case management records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in a Mental health field with licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
