With a rapidly expanding footprint across the U.S. and Canada, we are looking for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in our Bedminster, NJ office.

Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This in-office role supports franchise operations, ensures inventory accuracy, coordinates maintenance schedules, engages with coaches, and manages key programs like our Power Box Athlete of the Month. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, tech-savvy, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. We are specifically seeking current or former athletes who understand team environments, performance culture, and the day-to-day realities of supporting athletes and coaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Tracking & Reporting: Monitor product levels across machines and storage, update records, and generate performance reports.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze machine performance, sales data, and usage patterns; identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coach Check-ins: Conduct regular communications with coaches and athletic staff to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
- Maintenance Coordination: Manage service schedules and coordinate with vendors or contractors for timely machine repairs and upkeep.
- Program Management: Run the Power Box Athlete of the Month program, including collecting nominations, coordinating recognition, and promoting winners.
- Communications: Draft and send newsletters, program updates, and announcements to our network of coaches, schools, and partners.
- Digital Marketing Support: Manage Mailchimp campaigns and update communication templates to keep stakeholders engaged.
- Team Support: Assist leadership with special projects, operational planning, and execution of new initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Sports Management, or related field (preferred, not required).
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new systems.
- Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms is an asset.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Interest in sports, wellness, or fitness is a plus.
