We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, design, and long-term customer relationships.
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and driving sales. This is a hybrid role combining in-store/warehouse support, phone-based customer service, and account management.
You’ll be a key point of contact for our customers - helping them find the right products, growing existing accounts, and delivering a consistently high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online
- Provide product recommendations and maintain strong product knowledge
- Process transactions and manage orders accurately
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
- Support sales growth within assigned territories
- Assist customers in navigating warehouse inventory and online offerings
- Represent the company at out-of-state trade shows (GA, OH, MD, AL)
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree a plus)
- Previous retail, wholesale, or customer-facing sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (especially during trade shows)
- Spanish is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Travel
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional evenings and weekends as needed (rare)
- Periodic travel for trade shows (multi-day, out-of-state)
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
