We are currently seeking a well-qualified, dependable teacher to lead and nurture our students. It is the role of our teachers to foster a safe and fun environment where healthy relationships are built and a love of learning is established. The right candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lead and organize.
Teachers must have flexibility and patience as they work with students. Teachers must plan and supervise lessons and activities while maintaining full compliance with The Potter's House Preschool's standards and procedures.
We are looking for candidates who love children and can differentiate learning experiences based on their students' needs and development.
- High school diploma or GED required for all Teacher positions
- Childhood Development Associate (CDA), Associates degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- At least one year of hands-on teaching, caregiving, or leadership experience
- Experience with lesson planning and curriculum implementation preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Monday through Friday (5 day) availability preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
