The Assistant Director of the Potter’s House of Ruth supports the daily operations, organization, and care of the women’s program. This role assists with communication, resident support, administrative tasks, appointments, documentation, and program development while helping create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
- Part-Time, On-Site
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Answer and manage phone calls and communication
- Maintain and organize resident charts and documentation
- Schedule, coordinate, and assist with appointments
- Complete and update progress reports
- Support daily operations and resident needs within the house
- Assist with administrative and organizational tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Work alongside leadership to support program goals and resident success
- Transportation of students to appointments
- Opportunities to lead classes, groups, or devotionals
- Assist in mentoring and encouraging residents
- Participate in program planning and development
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively
- Experience in ministry, nonprofit work, administration, or residential programs preferred but not required
