Job Summary

We are a breakfast & lunch cafe serving American & Mexican style dishes! Our menu sets us apart with over 30 different egg dishes ! Open 7 days a week: 7am-2pm & closed on all major holidays. $10/hourly plus tips!! We are a super close staffed environment looking for someone who can work both Saturday & Sunday (this position is only a weekend job).

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure that all orders are correct before serving to guests.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any issues that may arise.
• Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions effectively.
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines and best practices.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
