We’re looking for a sales associate who genuinely connects with this community and can communicate the science and care behind our products with empathy, honesty, and passion. This isn’t a hard-sell role — it’s relationship-driven advocacy for people who deserve better options.

- Track cannabis industry trends and compile patient and customer insights
- Collaborate on campaigns aligned with our cooperative’s advocacy mission
- Represent our values of transparency, inclusivity, and patient-first care
Who we’re looking for
- Any experience level welcome — empathy and drive matter most
- Personal or professional connection to disability, women’s health, or cannabis wellness is a strong plus
- Comfortable explaining non-psychotropic cannabinoids (THCA, CBD, CBN, CBDA) — or eager to learn
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong communicator who listens as much as they talk
- Aligned with cooperative, nonprofit, and patient-advocacy values
What we offer
- Flexible remote / hybrid schedule
- Tiered commission — grow your earnings as you grow your impact
- Direct mentorship from the founder on research and strategy
- Deep product training and access to our Cannabis Academy

- A mission you can be proud of — real relief for real people
- Be part of a pioneering nonprofit cannabis science cooperative since 2013
