We are seeking a Dialysis Clinic Manager (DCM) at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) clinic in Shoreline, WA. The DCM is responsible for the management and supervision of in-center dialysis patient care and ensures quality nursing care is delivered to each patient. The DCM is also responsible for staffing assignments and is provided with the resources and authority to meet the unit’s objectives and is responsible for the proper management of these resources. 

The successful candidate has proven leadership skills in a clinical setting, and previous experience in dialysis patient care.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Management, or related field. 
  • Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) with AMerican Heart Association.
  • Previous leadership experience, required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in healthcare.
  • Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in Acute and/or Chronic Hemodialysis, preferred.
  • Licensure in the state of Washington as MA-HT, and national certification as CHT/CCHT, preferred.

Work Hours and Location:

This position is regular full-time, primarily at PSKCs clinic in Shoreline. Work schedule is typically Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Ability to respond to emergency situations occurring outside of regular business hours is required. Ability to travel to and work from other PSKC clinic locations to participate in training activities or cover shift schedules is required.

 

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range for this position is $80.188.01 - $120,282.04 annually. Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role.
