Position: Counter Sales Representative

As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for the area’s top plumbing, heating, & air conditioning contractors, making a lasting impression through your politeness, helpfulness, and commitment to ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.

While prior industry experience or knowledge is preferred, we welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow within our dynamic company. Training will be provided for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Directly engage with customers in person and over the phone, exhibiting politeness and helpfulness while addressing their needs, taking orders, processing payments, and managing inventory.
- Efficiently and accurately pull and fulfill customer orders with attention to detail.
- Maintain organizational standards through proper sorting, cleaning, and stocking of items.
- Provide backup support to the warehouse when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold organizational standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to lift heavy objects.
