We are seeking a Research Associate to join our investment team in White Plains, NY. This is a full-time, in-office role reporting to the Head of the Investment Committee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze investment manager performance and client portfolio returns
- Prepare portfolio transition plans for new clients
- Conduct research on investment strategies, markets, and economic trends to support firm positioning and quarterly communications
- Support the investment committee with meeting materials, analysis, and participation
- Review client portfolios and recommend asset allocation changes aligned with firm philosophy
- Distill market and economic data for use in quarterly letters and webinars
- Maintain and update quarterly marketing and performance materials
Ideal Candidate:
- 3–7 years of experience in investment research, asset management, or private wealth
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with FactSet or Bloomberg is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA, CFA, or CFP preferred
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
