Administrative Office Staff Job Opening
We're looking for a highly reliable, organized, and energetic Administrative Office Staff employee to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, providing essential clerical and administrative support. Key Responsibilities & Duties
The Administrative Office Staff will be responsible for a wide range of essential tasks, including:
- Office Administration & Operations:
- Open and close the office daily (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule).
- Maintain an organized, clean, and tidy workspace.
- Monitor, utilize, and report issues with office equipment and materials (printers, copiers, computers, physical files, etc.).
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, delivery, and preparing items for postage.
- Customer & Client Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact by answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, and assisting visitors.
- Handle and mediate customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure immediate resolution.
- Provide general customer service and assistance with the register/client sign-up process.
- Arrange and schedule appointments for clients and staff.
- Financial & Record Keeping:
- Complete essential basic bookkeeping and record-keeping duties.
- Process invoicing and regular billing.
- Handle specialized tasks related to client service management (e.g., updating/repairing post-salt/service records).
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with management on necessary projects and work independently to complete delegated tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Computer literate with proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel are a must).
- Confident and capable of using standard office machinery (printers, photocopiers, scanners, etc.).
- Fast and proficient typing skills.
- Core Competencies:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Previous experience in an office administrative role.
- Understanding of standard office procedures and processes.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
