This contract role is on-site in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, coordinating front-of-house activities, supervising staff schedules, and maintaining facility standards. You will manage member services and communications, monitor occupancy and usage, and support programming such as events, classes, and workshops. The General Manager will collaborate with leadership on budgeting, vendor relationships, and inventory, while tracking key performance metrics and implementing process improvements. Qualifications

- Customer service and community-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse members and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
- Experience with facilities coordination, vendor management, and basic operational logistics for on-site spaces.
- Comfort with basic business tools and systems (e.g., scheduling and booking platforms, CRM or membership systems, POS, spreadsheets).
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a dynamic, experience-driven environment.
- Interest in or familiarity with wellness, holistic health, personal development, or related lifestyle fields.
- Availability to work on-site in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, including some evenings and weekends as programming requires.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
