Basic Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.\
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Basic Requirments
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food production and culinary techniques.
- Proficient in handling cash transactions and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Details
- Lunch: 11:00am until 3:00pm (Casual)
- Dinner: 4:00pm until 9:00pm (Upper Casual)
