Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Daily management of retail staff to include hiring, coaching, praising, disciplinary action, and terminations as necessary. Schedules all retail staff to ensure adequate store coverage as the seasonal periods dictate.
- Ensures training is up to date and on cutting edge for self and staff.
- Responsible for ensuring the general profitability of the store. Responsible for creating and maintaining an adequate sales and payroll budget.
- Ensures appropriate store inventory. Maintains good working relationship and communication with the Purchasing/Inventory managers.
- Keeps store organized and clean, inside and outside, in accordance with the uniform company image.
- Ensures completion of required daily store tasks, including general maintenance.
- Ensure a safe store environment for customers and staff.
- Handles customer problems and concerns in a timely and professional manner. But above all, work to build Relationships daily, both with staff and customers.

- Four-year college degree (BS or BA) strongly encouraged
- A minimum of 1 year previous management experience required
- Full-time employment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed per the season or staff availability)
