About the Role:
As a Swimming Pool Sales Consultant, you’ll manage the entire sales process — from initial consultation to project handoff. You’ll design and present custom pool solutions, nurture client relationships, and drive sales performance in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to assess needs and preferences
- Create and present customized pool designs and proposals
- Maintain client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with project managers and designers for seamless handoffs
- Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of sales experience, ideally in the swimming pool, construction, or outdoor living industry
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Self-driven and organized with strong follow-up discipline
