A qualified candidate will be responsible for managing and discussing the newest promotions that our clients offer, assisting with customer inquiries while maintaining and developing new business opportunities, and providing impeccable customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop customer relationships
- Build long-term relationships with our customers and clients
- Understand consumer needs and quickly provide solutions
- Manage, update, and maintain customer accounts
- Create and track reports of all customer interactions

- Display excellent customer service and support
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty
