About us
We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team. We are looking to fill varied shifts throughout the year. Each pay period will have varied 7a-3p and 3p-11pm shifts, ranging from 24-40 hours per week. Days of the week will vary with pay period. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, a friendly personality, and willing to do whatever it takes to help a guest. They will be required to answer phones, take guest and owner reservations, and greet guests upon check in and check out. Continental breakfast assistance and stocking will be required as well as light cleaning in the common areas of the hotel.
The Pointe Hotel & Suites is Minocqua's premier waterfront condo hotel. We feature 69 studio and condo-suites on Lake Minocqua. We have an onsite indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna and fitness center.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner.
- Provide basic information about the hotel and area.
- Answer telephone calls.
- Enter reservations into the hotel's reservation system.
- Handle customer concerns on shift
- Check Guests in and out of Hotel
Pay: $16.00 per hour
