THEPOINTE is hiring a PART TIME FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER to join our team.
THEPOINTE is a premium restaurant in Gulf Breeze, Florida only minutes from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sands of the Florida panhandle in a newly renovated clubhouse with panoramic views of Tiger Point Golf Course and the Canals of the Santa Rosa Sound. THEPOINTE offers 11,000 square feet of public clubhouse featuring 3 bars, dining room, pub style dining area and patio seating.

- Oversee day-to-day Floor operations in the FOH
- Ensure customer satisfaction by quickly fixing any issues
- Facilitate quick and efficient communication between front and back-of-house (BOH)
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Supervising daily shift operations
- Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of restaurant experience
- Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Communication abilities - Verbal and Tech Savvy
- Training in food safety
- Financial literacy
- High school diploma or GED certificate
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
