What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at The Pointe Apartments, LLC?
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, and driven to improve occupancy, resident satisfaction, collections, and overall property performance. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work closely with ownership and regional management to stabilize operations, lead the onsite team, and ensure the property is maintained to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily property operations
- Manage leasing, renewals, and resident retention
- Maximize occupancy and collections
- Supervise and develop onsite office and maintenance staff
- Coordinate make-readies and monitor vendor performance
- Handle resident concerns professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
- Maintain accurate reporting and property records
- Help develop and execute strategies to improve property performance
Qualifications:
- Previous multifamily property management experience required
- Subsidized housing experience (Section 8, HUD or other affordable housing programs) is required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with leasing, delinquency management, and resident relations
- Ability to prioritize and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with property management software. Rent Manager, Blue Moon, Appwork experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
