We are looking for someone who genuinely loves hospitality and takes pride in creating an unforgettable guest experience from the moment someone walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who helps lead the tone, energy, and overall atmosphere of the restaurant every single day.
The Director of First Impressions will lead and elevate the overall guest experience, oversee front-of-house presentation and engagement, support events and banquets, and help maintain a strong and welcoming presence both in person and online.
Guest Experience & Hospitality
• Create a warm, welcoming, high-energy guest experience from arrival to departure
• Ensure the restaurant appearance, cleanliness, ambiance, and overall presentation consistently reflect our standards
• Lead host stand operations and front-of-house flow
• Help ensure hosts and servers are engaging, attentive, and guest-focused
• Be present and visible during guest hours to help oversee the overall experience
• Take ownership of the restaurant atmosphere and guest satisfaction
Events & Banquets
• Coordinate and oversee events and banquet experiences
• Communicate with guests and clients regarding event details and logistics
• Assist in driving event execution to ensure a polished and organized experience
• Work closely with management and staff to ensure successful events
Social Media & Brand Presence
• Help manage and elevate our social media presence
• Create engaging content that reflects our atmosphere, events, and guest experience
• Assist with showcasing the restaurant’s culture and environment online
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
• Taking candid guest photos
• Food and cocktail photography
• Creating short-form social media content
Reputation & Communication
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and guest feedback
• Professionally communicate with guests regarding questions, concerns, and event inquiries
• Help maintain strong communication and follow-through with guests and team members
• Take initiative in improving systems, communication, and overall guest satisfaction
Who We’re Looking For
• Someone who genuinely enjoys people and hospitality
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Takes pride in their work and ownership of their responsibilities
• Positive, professional, and guest-focused
• Comfortable leading the front-of-house experience
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, events, guest services, or customer experience preferred
• Social media experience is preferred
• Photography and content creation skills are a plus, but not required
Work Style
This role is highly guest-facing during restaurant operating hours, and we want this person actively present to help lead the overall experience. Outside of service hours, certain responsibilities may be completed remotely, including responding to emails, guest inquiries, phone calls, online reviews, and event communication.
