The Role: First Impressions Matter
You are the heartbeat of the practice—the first and last impression every patient experiences.
- Patient Experience Leader: Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment
- Scheduling Pro: Manage appointments efficiently to keep the day running smoothly
- Communication Hub: Answer phones, texts, and emails with clarity and care
- Insurance & Financial Coordination: Verify benefits, collect payments, and help patients understand their treatment investment
- Team Support: Work closely with clinical staff to ensure a seamless, stress-free patient flow
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years in dental/ortho front office preferred
