Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a District Sales Manager. The District Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales operations within an assigned territory, develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, and establish and maintain client relationships. Additional responsibilities include setting sales goals, monitoring market trends, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring that sales targets are achieved. The role requires regular reporting, collaboration with internal teams, and consistent engagement with customers to provide outstanding service and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Operations, client relationship management, and team leadership
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for market trend analysis and target setting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is highly desirable
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
- Experience in the hospitality, wine, or lifestyle industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field preferred
