We’re The Plumbing Sales Coach — an 8-year established coaching company generating over $2M/year. We’ve helped home-service companies grow for nearly a decade, and we recently pre-launched a new product that has already generated over $100,000 in sales before its full release.
We’re stable. We’re growing. And we’re building an outbound department from the ground up.
You’ll also have four sales reps ready to test and scale the process you create.

What You’ll Do
• Build our entire outbound sales system from scratch
• Write and test cold-call scripts, cadences, and objection responses
• Work directly with a team of four sales reps to identify the winning messaging fast
• Get on the phones yourself to validate what works
• Train the team on the system you develop
• Turn your findings into a simple, repeatable daily process
• Work directly with leadership (no corporate red tape)

What We’re Looking For
• Hands-on outbound sales experience (SaaS or service industry preferred)
• Experience building scripts, cadences, and outbound systems
• Willing to test your own messaging on live calls
• Fast problem solver with clear communication
• Comfortable refining and improving messaging quickly
• Someone who can take a vague idea and turn it into a working, repeatable process
