What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Agent position at The Plumb Line Realty, Inc.?
Company Description
The Plumb Line Realty is a residential real estate brokerage built on integrity, precision, and purpose. The firm combines market expertise with a client-first approach to guide buyers and sellers through every transaction with clarity and professionalism. The Plumb Line Realty is dedicated to aligning people, property, and purpose in every deal.
Role Description
The Plumb Line Realty contracts with licensed NC real estate agents under a flat-fee, independent contractor (1099) model. Agents represent buyer and seller clients in residential transactions, manage their own schedule and client relationships, and operate their business independently while affiliated with the firm.
We built The Plumb Line Realty because we believe real estate should feel personal, precise, and powerful — for clients and for the agents who serve them. If you want a business partner invested in your success rather than a corporate ceiling above you, the Plumb Line Realty may be the right fit.
