- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel reservation systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with courtesy and promptness.
- Manage phone calls, reservations, and room assignments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales department to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Uphold safety, security, and cleanliness standards in the front desk area.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adept at using computers and hotel management software (training provided).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
