$10,000 Sign on Bonus for Full-Time
Join our dedicated team as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in our in-house subacute rehabilitation unit. You will play a key role in evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, helping them regain their abilities and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to promote recovery.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and therapy exercises.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current Florida state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Experience in subacute or rehabilitation settings preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
