The ideal candidates will have strong verbal, written and organizational skills and will share in our core values.Responsible for providing direct resident care including; daily bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, incontinence/peri-care, and provides redirection to residents to promote independence; obtains accurate vital signs and reports changes in resident health status and documents as appropriate; assists/accompanies residents for appointments, if assigned; reports concerns regarding resident to Director of Nursing, Administrator (or Charge Nurse on shift).The Plaza Assisted Living in an Equal Opportunity Employer.
