Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages or issues
- Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant environment is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy setting
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is a plus
