The Players Club & Spa at Lely Resort is looking for a professional team member to join our staff in this private club luxury spa.
Must be personable with a smile and a positive attitude, along with excellent communication skills.
Hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial for this position. Prior spa experience and knowledge of spa scheduling software, or education preferred.

A Spa Administrator is:

Before you apply, please review the following job requirements. Interviews will be limited to applicants who meet the following criteria:
- Relevant and Successful experience in a spa, hospitality, retail, or wellness setting while holding a position of responsibility, or similar education.
- Be both willing and able to work a variety of hours (mix of days, special event evenings and Saturdays in rotation if needed.)
- Be comfortable with our retail product sales, you must be able to sell so you can lead your team by example
- Greet members/ guests, share menu of services, phone inquiries, check in /out, bill with POS system.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Effectively manage spa associates, estheticians, nail technicians and massage therapists while motivating the team in a fun, fast paced environment
- Team Building including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and mentoring
- Maintaining a professional and impeccable spa environment for members, guests and employees
- Able to promote the services and retail products thru monthly promotions, including flyer creation, weekly electronic newsletter, and social media
- Complete monthly retail inventory and operating supply purchases within budgets
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, safe, and well-organized facility
Working various and changing days and hours. Spa Open 9:00-5:00 Monday thru Saturday
Report to and work with the Spa Manager on best practices to help the Spa reach its full potential.
