What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Lead position at The Play Place?
Overview:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic operations manager to join our team. The Play Place is a children's indoor play and sports facility that caters to Elementary ages and younger. The operations manager will oversee the building, the weekday or weekend team and weekend events. Given the nature of our business we are looking to build a strong team of individuals who are able to work as a team and jump in where needed.
This is a great position for any one interested in gaining experience in customer service or working with children.
Duties:
- Lead by example for the team in the building.
- Set up and break down any area you are responsible for your shift.
- Provide top notch customer service during work hours.
- Create a fun and inviting space for the guests.
- Assist in cleaning the general building at the beginning and end of your shift.
- Take charge of the space you are assigned to and make it your own.
Skills:
- Some exerpeice working with children is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional service
- Knowledge of physical education principles is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
