Overview:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Assisant General Manager to join our team. The Play Place is a children's indoor play and sports facility that caters to Elementary ages and younger. The Assistant General Manager will oversee the building, the weekend team and weekend events. This role will report directly to the Directors.
This is a great position for any one interested in gaining experience in customer service, working with children and/ or event planning.
Duties:
- Lead by example for the team in the building.
- Set up and break down any area you are responsible for your shift.
- Provide top notch customer service during work hours.
- Create a fun and inviting space for the guests.
- Assist in cleaning the general building at the beginning and end of your shift.
- Take charge of the space you are assigned to and make it your own.
Skills:
- Some exerpeice working with children is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional service
- Knowledge of physical education principles is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $42,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
