Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Execution
- Assist in planning and maintaining the content calendar across all platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule posts including Instagram, Google Business Profile, and other channels.
- Support content capture days including filming, organizing shot lists, and prepping providers.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards (luxury, clean, elevated).
- Upload, format, and schedule content using internal systems.
- Assist in executing promotions and events.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support CRM workflows.
- Maintain and update marketing trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure all marketing materials are organized and accessible (SharePoint, Lists, etc.).
- Coordinate between marketing, GEC's, and providers to ensure alignment.
- Track deliverables and follow up with team members to keep projects moving.
- Support general marketing needs as they arise.
- Assist with review request processes and tracking.
- Monitor social media engagement and flag leads or opportunities.
- Support implementation of patient communication flows including follow-ups and reminders.
- Communicate proactively with the Marketing Manager on priorities, blockers, and project status.
- Partner with location staff and providers on local marketing needs.
- Maintain clear, timely responsiveness across email, internal messaging, and in-person communication.
- Minimum of 1 year of marketing, social media, or related experience (internships and adjacent roles considered).
- Highly organized and proactive with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Strong eye for aesthetics and an understanding of luxury branding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to maintain composure, confidentiality, and professionalism in a luxury-care environment.
- Comfortable being the only marketing team member physically present at a location, with strong support from the broader team.
