Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations, including full facial assessment and treatment planning
- Administer injectable treatments, including:
- Neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport)
- Dermal fillers (full-face, lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, under eyes)
- Biostimulatory injectables (e.g., Sculptra, Radiesse)
- Advanced techniques (full facial balancing, cannula use, layering techniques)
- Customize treatment plans based on patient anatomy, goals, and safety considerations
- Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and aftercare
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation, including photos and treatment records
- Manage and respond to complications appropriately and in a timely manner
- Build and maintain long-term patient relationships to support retention and trust
- Be present on social media to grow clientele
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices
- Collaborate with team members to enhance patient outcomes and clinic growth
- Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing education
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted RN, NP, PA in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in aesthetic injecting
- Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.) and dermal fillers
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, assessment, and aesthetic consultation
- Experience performing comprehensive patient consultations and treatment
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and outcomes
- Professional, polished bedside manner with a strong focus on guest experience
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to continue advanced education and training in aesthetic medicine
