We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives, physicians, medical professionals, and key referral partners to drive growth across assigned markets.
- Analyze geographic and market data to identify referral opportunities and optimize utilization of physicians, programs, and services.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing and PR strategies that strengthen brand presence and referral relationships.
- Oversee and mentor marketing staff by setting performance expectations, coaching, and evaluating results.
- Manage the planning, implementation, and tracking of marketing initiatives designed to increase patient volume and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with Practice Administrators and senior facility leadership to align marketing strategy with business and revenue goals.
- Create, manage, and monitor marketing budgets to ensure alignment with benchmarks and ROI expectations.
- Lead and participate in seminars, events, and company-wide campaigns to support referral development and market expansion.
- Utilize market insights and performance data to inform strategy, adjust initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings and participate in leadership and manager meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive marketing and leadership experience within healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans with measurable results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Experience managing budgets and tracking performance against goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation development.
Compensation & Benefits:
- · Pay Range: $150,000-$175,000 annually
- the starting rate within this range for this role varies depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
