The Houseman will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various areas within the property. This includes setting up event spaces, ensuring all areas are kept pristine, and assisting with any other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 150 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
