Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring all items are properly labeled and priced.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and providing accurate change to customers.
- Educate customers about different strains, consumption methods, and product effects to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed to ensure product availability.
- Uphold compliance with state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing training on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dispensary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
