Your Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer support and ensure that client needs are met promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the client care process
• Develop a deep understanding of TPC's product offerings to provide clients with expert advice and identify opportunities for upselling
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding their orders and any changes to their orders
• Participate in team meetings, contribute suggestions for improvement, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
• 1 years of relevant job experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication skills, proficient in written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and align work with the broader team goals
• Organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM or ERP software (e.g., Advanced Grower Solutions)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
