Location: Selah, WA
Pay: $32–$35/hour overtime performance bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday (approx. 50 hours/week)
We are seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Planning & Optimization Analyst to join a growing team supporting production planning, inventory management, and strategic decision-making. This role blends supply chain operations with analytics, offering the opportunity to influence key business outcomes through forecasting, optimization, and data insights.

What You’ll Do- Develop and manage production, inventory, and demand plans for assigned product lines
- Build forecasting models and scenario analyses to improve service levels and operational efficiency
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
- Partner across functions (operations, procurement, finance, sales, etc.) to align planning efforts
- Create and maintain dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics
- Identify and resolve planning discrepancies, including root cause analysis and system improvements
- Optimize inventory levels by balancing service, cost, capacity, and waste
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
- Strong foundation in supply chain planning, MRP, and inventory management
- Advanced Excel skills (power user level required)
- Experience with ERP systems and SQL/data extraction
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into clear business recommendations
- Familiarity with analytics/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analysis, or planning functions
- Exposure to forecasting, optimization, or statistical modeling is a plus
