Our specialized sales and recruitment teams are deeply experienced in Energy, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Construction, matching skilled professionals with opportunities that drive business impact. Whether you're building a team or advancing your career, we bring speed, strategy, and a people-first approach to every partnership.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Effectively source candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Organize candidate search process and manage expectations around rates, salaries, titles, and client requirements.
- Prepare candidates for interviews with clients by providing tangible and detailed information that will help to ensure a successful interview process.
- Maintain effective and frequent communication with candidates to develop long-term relationships.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of all offers to candidates.
- Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing, and maintaining suitable candidates.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree)
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn
- Interests in recruiting and sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
